ASK US ABOUT ANY COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DEAL!

Through our network we have an innate ability to source funding for residential, commercial, development, construction, rehab, fix and flips, portfolio purchase of residential (non-owner occupied) and/or commercial real estate (We can lend nationwide).

One of our many specialties is handling bank turndowns which we have done for years now. Both Wells Fargo Private Mortgage and Wells Fargo Private Bank considered us their “inside” Specialist when their clients were unable to obtain a loan or sometimes would get approved but the client was not satisfied with the bank’s offer.  Instead of saying no, the bank would refer the client to us, so the borrower gets the right deal and the banker keeps a valued depositor. This relationship was national and we have enjoyed the relationship for over 10 years.

Additionally, we can source non-real estate loans/lines, for example, unsecured lines of credit which can be used for any purpose, loans based on cash flow, etc. Every deal is unique, so we focus on the exact needs of the borrower. We remove the burden by shopping more than 300 lenders to get them the best deal possible.
